Thoroughly loved my stay. Beautifully presented and quite comfortable room. Very clean. A full freshly cooked English breakfast was served at your convenience each morning. I will definitelycome again. - Andi R
We received a lovely warm welcome when we arrived. All our questions were answered, we were given our key and directed to our room (Room 4). It's a compact room but the bed was comfortable. We discovered we didn't have any towels in our room, so went to reception, and were given a full set of towels and a heartfelt apology. The first morning we realised that we didn't have any milk for our morning drinks. Again, when we asked for some at reception, we received an apology, and asked how many we wanted. The provision of biscuits and a bottle of tap water was much appreciated.Breakfast was excellent - a good choice of fruit juices, tea and coffee, cereal, granola and yogurt and fresh fruit salad, which was slightly different each day we were there. There was a good choice of hot food, and I loved the scrambled eggs! The hotel is set back from the busy centre of Bourton On the Water but everything is a short and easy walk away. We were glad of the parking at the hotel, especially as we stayed over a busy August Bank Holiday weekend. We will be happy to return next time we're in the area. - Lynn C
So glad we chosen the Broadlands hotel to spend the bank holiday weekend... such a lovely place and only a couple of minutes walk to Bourton on the water... our hosts were nice and friendly and so was their cat teddy!! ... would highly recommend to stay there 👍- Brian Lever
