The rooms were clean and spacious.Nice and warm all the time as we stayed between christmas and new year. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all lovely and helpful. We were recommended to visit the Italian on the river and it didn't disappoint.Just a 3 minute walk from Broadlands and your in the center of everything.- Sharon M

HelloThe hotel is situated in a very nice street, not far from the main part of Bourton on the Water. There is ample parking which is really good news. The room (junior suite) is nice, but we felt that the following was lacking: Even at full heat, the radiators were no more than warm to the touch, so it took a long while to get the room warm enough. The water in the bathroom was difficult to set to the right temperature, the slightest touch made it very cold or hot. There were no power sockets by the bed, so having the phones by the bed is impossible unless you have a long USB cable. The remote for the downstairs TV was nowhere to be seen and we were told that it just disappeared. I found the mattress uncomfortable but it may be my own personal preference for hard mattress. It feels like the rooms and bathrooms need some upgrade, and attention to detail, including a more consistent idea of what paintings to hang on the walls. The staff members were nice, and breakfast is good. - Moshe N
